Agreement to terms #

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

About the pre-GA site #

fremforge is currently in private beta — by invitation, with a vetted cohort. Until self-serve signup opens to the general public, this website exists to describe the product, share product information, and collect private-beta access requests through a voluntary signup form.

Submitting the private-beta signup form does not:

Create an account
Reserve a subscription or seat
Guarantee price, availability, or feature set
Constitute a contract for the supply of services

After you submit the form, we email you from ops@frem.sh within a few business days to schedule a vetting call. Acceptance into the private beta is at fremverk’s discretion. Pricing and product-specific terms for the fremforge product itself are at /legal/terms/; they apply once you onboard.

Use of website #

Permitted use #

You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about fremforge, requesting access to the private beta, and contacting us.

Prohibited use #

You may not:

Use this website in any way that violates applicable laws
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
Use automated tools to scrape or collect data from this website, or to submit private-beta signup entries in bulk
Interfere with the proper functioning of this website

Intellectual property #

All content on this website (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is the property of fremverk ApS or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by Danish law:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profit, data, or business opportunity arising from use of this pre-launch website
Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to this website or these Terms shall not exceed EUR 1,500

Indemnification #

Force majeure #

Governing law and jurisdiction #

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.

Dispute resolution #

Before initiating court proceedings, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith mediation. If the dispute is not resolved within 60 days of the initial mediation request, either party may proceed to litigation in accordance with the governing law section above.

Changes to terms #

We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Changes take effect 30 days after posting. Your continued use of this website after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Entire agreement #

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and fremverk ApS regarding the use of the pre-launch fremforge website. Any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings relating to the subject matter hereof are superseded.

Severability #

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
